These terms explain what you can expect from VivaBoard Tickets and what we expect from you, whether you're attending an event or organizing one. Please read them carefully — they include limits on our liability and rules for using the platform.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VivaBoard Tickets — including our website, ticketing tools, organizer dashboard, and related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, purchasing a ticket, registering for an event, or applying to organize, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to both you and the organization. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for all activity that occurs under it, including activity by staff members you invite.
Keep your login credentials and one-time codes confidential. Notify us promptly at support@events.vivaboard.app if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.
Events on VivaBoard are created and run by independent organizers. When you register or purchase a ticket, you enter into a transaction with the organizer; VivaBoard provides the platform, payment facilitation, and ticket delivery.
All prices are shown in the event's currency before you pay, including any platform fee. A completed order entitles the named registrant(s) to the ticket(s) issued for the selected segment, subject to the organizer's event rules. Tickets carry a signed QR code and may be checked in only once; duplicating or reselling tickets without the organizer's permission may result in the ticket being voided.
Organizers must provide accurate event information (dates, venue, pricing, capacity, and eligibility rules), honor confirmed registrations, and comply with all applicable laws, including consumer-protection and safety requirements. Organizers are solely responsible for delivering the event as described.
Organizers may collect additional information from registrants through custom forms and must use that information only to run the event. Organizers must not send unrelated marketing to attendees through the platform's broadcast tools.
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:
Organizers may need to reschedule, relocate, or cancel events. Where that happens, registrants will be notified using the contact details on their account, and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy and the organizer's stated rules. VivaBoard is not liable for costs you incur in connection with attending an event (such as travel or accommodation).
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VivaBoard will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising out of your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the fees you paid to VivaBoard in the twelve months preceding the claim or fifty US dollars (USD $50). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will give reasonable notice — for example by email or an in-product notice — before it takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Questions? Contact legal@events.vivaboard.app.
